I agree to the User Agreement, and to the collection and use of personal information.
1. Taekwang Ethical Management Membership Registration Agreement
Chapter 1 General Article 1 (Purpose) This Agreement defines the rights, obligations and responsibilities arising from using the Internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as ”Service”) provided by the Taekwang Ethical Management Site (hereinafter referred to as “Site”). Article 2 Definition 1) The "Site" refers to the website operated in order to provide information services including information access and online mail exchange by using IT equipment such as the computer to users related to ethical management. - Taekwang Ethical Management : ethics.tkgroup.co.kr 2) A "User" refers to the members or non-members who receive the services provided by the Site according to this Agreement by connecting to the site. 3) A "Member" refers to a person who has registered for membership by providing personal information to the site, and who can continue to receive and use the site’s information. 4) A "Non-member" refers to a person who uses the services provided by the site without having registered as a Member. Article 3 Effectiveness of and Changes to the Agreement 1) The Agreement shall become effective upon posting on the User Announcements on the initial screen of this website. 2) The Site shall publish the contents of this Agreement, office address and contact information, etc. on the initial screen of this website to inform the Users. 3) The Site may modify the Agreement within the extent that it does not violate its regulations and applicable laws , including the Framework Act on Electronic Commerce, the Digital Signature Act, the Act on the Promotion of Information Network and Protection of Information, and the Consumer Protection Act, and in this case, it shall specify the effective date, the reasons for modification, and the modified contents and publish them along with the current Agreement on the initial screen of the website from seven days prior to the date of application to the previous day of the same date. 4) In accordance to Article 3, the modified Agreement shall become effective in the same manner as in Section 1. Article 4 Miscellaneous Agreements Users shall comply with the applicable laws for details not specified in this Agreement. Chapter 2 Membership Registration and Service Usage Article 5 Establishment of Service Agreement 1) The Site’s Service Usage Agreement shall be established upon the User’s application for service usage for membership registration, declaration of consent to this Agreement, and the Site’s approval thereof. 2) In the case that the User wants to register as a Member and use the services of the Site, he/she shall provide the personal information requested by the Site. 3) In the case that the Site approves the User’s application for service usage, the Site shall notify the User of the information it deems necessary, such as the Member ID. 4) The site shall not approve applications for service usage which come under the following clauses: I) The User has applied using another person’s name. II) The User did not apply with his/her own name. III) The User has filled false information in the service usage agreement application form. IV) The User has applied to the intent site to disturb the peace and order of the society or to offend against public morals. Article 6 Service Usage and Limitations 1) Members may access all the services of the Site specified in Chapter 1, Article 2, Clause 1 of this Agreement solely with the ID issued at the time of membership registration. 2) Even if the Site has expanded after a Member‘s initial service usage application, Clause 1 shall apply identically unless otherwise specified in the User Agreement of the new site. In this case, the information about the opening of the services of the new site shall be delivered to Members through notifications on-site, by email, etc. 3) Unless there is a special maintenance or technical difficulty, the Site‘s services shall be available for use 24/7, all year round . 4) The Site may temporarily cease to provide services for regular checkup, repair, replacement, breakdown, communications interruption, etc. of the IT system. 5) In the event of service interruption due to the reasons listed in Clause 4, the Site may notify Members through the means specified in Section 13. This shall not apply, however, when advance notification is impossible due to service interruptions that arise for reasons that the Site cannot control. 6) The services provided by the Site are basically free of charge. 7) The copyright and other intellectual property right of the contents provided by the Site shall belong to the Site. 8) Members may not use, or allow third parties to use the information obtained from the Site for commercial purposes through duplication, transmission, publication, broadcasting, distribution, or other methods without prior consent. 9) The Site shall not be liable for any damages to the User caused in relation to the usage of services offered free of charge. Chapter 3 Obligations Article 7 Obligations of the Site 1) Unless there is a special reason, the Site shall allow Members to use its services on the day they establish the usage agreement for the requested services. 2) The Site shall appropriately process Members‘ opinions which are raised through regular procedure, and in the case that the processing requires a certain period of time, the Member shall be informed of the reason for the wait and the processing schedule. 3) The Site shall maintain the Member‘s information with strict security, and shall use the it only for the Site‘s internal purposes, such as providing quality service, upgrading services, or introducing new product. Article 8 Member’s Obligations 1) All responsibility for managing the Member ID and password shall belong to the Member. 2) Members shall not allow third parties to use their ID or password. In the case that their ID or password is stolen or found to be used by a third party, the member shall report to the Site. 3) Members shall comply with the items stipulated in this Agreement and its related statutes. 4) Users, including Members, shall not be allowed to commit the following actions. I. Registration of false information when applying or making modifications II. Modification of information published on the Site. III. Transmission or posting of information other than those determined by the Site(computer program, etc.). IV. Violation of the copyright and other intellectual property rights belonging to the Site or a third party. V. Actions that damage the honor of the Site or of a third party, or disturb their business. VI. Exhibiting or publishing obscene or violent messages, images, sounds, and other information that oppose public order and good morals. Chapter 4 Cancellation and Termination of the Service Usage Agreement Article 9 Cancellation and Termination of Service Usage Agreement 1) Members who want to cancel their service usage agreement shall apply for cancellation on the Site in person. 2) Members under the previous Section shall be able to cancel their membership registration and service usage agreement after completing an identification step by entering their Name, ID, and password, selecting the “Confirm Cancellation“ button, and entering a verification code. 3) The cancellation of the membership registration and service usage agreement is complete when logging-in is no longer possible with the past ID and password. 4) In the case that a Member has engaged in the actions listed below, the Site shall be authorized to cancel his/her service usage agreement without advance notification, or suspend his/her service usage for a considerable period of time. I. Offends against public order and morals II. Is related to criminal actions. III. Plans or implements service usage with the intent to impede the company‘s interests or social good IV. Steals another person‘s ID or password V. Damages the honor of and/or creates disadvantages for others VI. Makes a double registration with a different ID VII. Inflicts harm on the service and/or otherwise impedes the wholesome use of the service VIII. Otherwise violates related statutes or the usage conditions stipulated by the site Article 10 Cancellation Procedure for Suspension of Service Usage 1) In the event that the Site wishes to suspend service usage, it shall notify in writing or by telephone, etc., the Members to which the suspension applies, or to their proxy. If, however, the Site has an urgent, recognized need to suspense the usage, it shall be authorized to proceed without the aforementioned process. 2) Members or their proxy who have been notified of the suspension of services through the aforementioned regulation may raise an appeal regarding the suspension. 3) If, and only if, the reasons for the usage suspension are resolved during the suspension period, the Site shall immediately cancel the usage suspension measures. Chapter 5 General Article 11 Management of the User’s Posts The Site may delete the contents posted or registered by the User without advance notice in the case that they are judged to fall under the following categories: I. The content damages the honor of an individual of group by means of slander or libel II. The content violates public order and morals III. The content is recognized as corresponding to criminal activity IV. The content infringes upon the rights of others such as copyright, etc. V. The content violates other related statutes and/or regulations stipulated in the Site. Article 12 Indemnity 1) The Site shall be exempt from any responsibility related to providing services in the case that it is unable to do so due to natural disasters or any other equivalent force majeure events. 2) The Site shall not be responsible for any problems in service usage that are caused by the User. 3) The Site shall not be responsible for the loss of expected income that the User has suffered by using its service, or for the damages caused by data obtained from the service. 4) The Site shall not be responsible for the information and data published by the User, and the trustworthiness, accuracy, etc. of their content. 5) The Site shall not be responsible for damages related to the usage of the Site’s services that have been caused by the User’s intentional act and/or error. Article 13 The Notification to Members 1) In the event of sending notifications to Members, the Site may deliver to the email address submitted by the Members during their registration to the service. 2) In the event of sending notifications to unspecified Members, the Site may replace individual notification by displaying such notification on the notice board of the website for 1 week or more. Article 14 Jurisdiction and Governing Law The court of jurisdiction for lawsuits related to disputes arising between the Site and the User regarding the usage of the Site’s services shall be a court of the Republic of Korea with jurisdiction over the Code of Civil Procedure, and Korean law shall be the governing law.

2. Consent to the Collection and Usage of Personal Information
1. Items of personal information collected and method of collection The Taekwang Ethics Management Site collects the following personal information for smooth membership management. ● Personal information items collected - Required: ID, password, name, email address, company name - Optional: mobile phone number, department, position, company telephone number 2. Purposes of Collection and Use of Personal Information The Taekwang Ethics Management Site uses collected personal information for the following purposes. - Member Information: Identification, personal identification, intention to join, use of membership service, not giving any gifts, survey / other ethical management related mailing service ※ By agreeing to the collection and use of personal information, you are agreeing to receive e-mail messages that discourage gifts, surveys, and other ethics management conducted by the Taekwang Ethics Management. 3. Retention and use period of personal information The Taekwang ethics management site keeps and uses your personal information during the membership period and discards your personal information without delay when you leave the membership. 4. Right to refuse agreement The Taekwang ethics management site only collects essential items. If you do not want to give your consent to the collection and use of your personal information, you may refuse to consent to the collection of your personal information, but refusal of your consent may limit your ability to become a member.
